Item Description:
Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Pokémon with the exclusive 10ANNIV Distribution Cartridge. Now, you can own a piece of this rare history and transfer legendary Pokémon to your Game Boy Advance (GBA) games, including Charizard, Pikachu, Articuno, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-oh, Latias, and Latios!
What You’ll Get:
- A 10ANNIV Distribution Cartridge for use with GBA games.
- Event Pokémon that can be transferred to your Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, or FireRed games.
- Pokémon originally distributed during the 2006 Pokémon 10th Anniversary event.
Requirements:
- 2x Game Boy Advance systems
- 1x Link Cable (original GBA cable recommended; some third-party cables may not be compatible)
- 1x 10ANNIV Distribution Cartridge
- 1x Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, or FireRed game in the language matching the distribution (English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish). You may also use a 1MB Flash Cart.
How to Use:
- Save your game in a Pokémon Center and ensure you have at least one free slot in your party.
- Power off the receiving system.
- Insert the distribution cart into the sending system, then connect both systems using the link cable.
- Power on the receiving system without any cartridge inside or by holding the Start and Select buttons while turning it on. If done correctly, you’ll see the colored Nintendo logo.
- Once the logo appears, insert the Pokémon game cartridge into the receiving system. The distribution process will begin, and you’ll see the Pokémon transferred to your party!
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure that the Pokémon game’s language matches the distribution language (e.g., use an English distribution with an English Pokémon game).
- Follow the procedure exactly, ensuring the receiving system is off and has no cartridge before you start the transfer.
- If the transfer fails, try switching the link cable, GBA systems, or Pokémon game cartridges. Some third-party cables and unofficial carts may not work.
Compatibility:
- This distribution cart supports original Pokémon games in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish languages.
- Compatible with official 1MB flash carts.
- Please note that low-priced Chinese imitation carts will not work.
